Also, don’t sell off your 360 just yet if you want to be able to play its library: Not unlike Sony’s PS4, Xbox One will not be backwards-compatible.

Warner Bros. Montreal today released the first full trailer for their upcoming Arkham prequel, Batman: Arkham Origins. Take a look!
The game is due for release on Oct. 25.
UPDATE: Looks like the new game may be revealed in just a few days, on May 1st.

Target and U.K. retailer Tesco have let slip that Call of Duty: Ghosts will hit consoles this holiday season. Their listings have since been pulled.
Earlier this month, Activision said to expect an announcement “no later than E3.”
Next-Gen Xbox Reveal Coming Soon
Microsoft has confirmed via Facebook that it will unveil its next-generation Xbox on May 21 at 10 AM PDT.

GameInformer’s got the scoop on the long-rumored prequel to Rocksteady’s hit Arkham Asylum series, Batman: Arkham Origins: “As the title suggests, the game takes place years before both of the previous Arkham titles when a young, unrefined Batman encounters many supervillains for the first time.” Notably, Rocksteady is not developing this entry, having handed the reins over to Warner Bros. Games Montreal.
A handheld tie-in, titled Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, is being headed up by Armature Studio, and will release on Vita and 3DS alongside Arkham Origins (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC) on Oct. 25.
Check out some new concept art released by Bungie for their upcoming title, Destiny. The game is Bungie’s first since parting ways with Microsoft and getting on board with publishing giant, Activision. It is set to come to current and next-gen consoles, so far confirmed for PS3, Xbox 360 and PS4.
Assassin’s Creed 4’s debut trailer has leaked ahead of tomorrow’s scheduled reveal.
Note that Blackbeard refers to the new character as Edward Kenway, seemingly making him a relative of Assassin’s Creed 3’s Haytham Kenway.
More Assassin’s Creed IV screens leak ahead of Monday’s trailer reveal, giving the first clear look at the new protagonist, and also giving credence to rumors of a revamped shooting (double-wielding?) mechanic.
