Dead Space 3 Achievements Leaked
As is the case with most major upcoming titles, the achievements/trophies leak out. The same has happened with Dead Space 3 courtesy of Exophase. You can head through the link to see them all but as is customary, *SPOILER WARNING*
Thinking of picking up the limited edition of Dead Space 3? Well, this trailer might just about sway you. If you pre-order the game, you get all the goodies shown in the video.
Here is a new set of six screenshots for Dead Space 3. No matter what you may think about the gameplay, the graphics and environments are looking pretty damn fine. However, expect the debate about the level of action in the game to take centre stage up to the release in February.
A lot of people say ‘triple-A’ and that’s kind of become the norm, with all the ‘big triple-A games’ yadda yadda. No. We want to go beyond triple-A. We want to push to the next level. We’ve taken up just saying ‘quad-A’ all day.
If you are into weapon crafting, you can spend literally one hundred hours in this thing. If you want to explore all the beta-paths; if you want to replay with the co-op; it’s way more about choice in Dead Space 3: you can really spend a lot of time doing that.
Some new screenshots of Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel here. Some interesting facts have also been revealed about the game. It was originally called Army of Four, being the developer’s fourth project. Four players were never the plan, it was just an internal name at Visceral. Seeing as the game is only two-player, it would’ve been an absolute marketing disaster had the game been called Army of Four. Expect the game in March 2013 on PS3 and Xbox 360.
Yet another trailer from the EA conference. This time it’s Dead Space 3’s turn. The game has finally received a definitive release date by the way. Whilst it may still be creating controversy as to whether it’s keeping to it’s survival horror roots, you’ll be interested to know the game comes out on February 5th in NA and February 8th in EU.
Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel Announced
EA have announced the third entry in the Army of Two series, Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel.

Check out this 20 minute clip of Dead Space 3 gameplay. The video has developer commentary from Steve Papoutsis of Visceral Games. It’s interesting to see the game in action, but what’s more revealing are the comments on the video. Whilst this specific mirror has largely positive remarks, others such as this one (through link), are slating the game and criticising how it’s not sticking true to the roots of the franchise.
Some fans have been upset by the more action orientated approach and new gameplay mechanics such as a cover system or universal ammo. Expect to see these areas become a topic of hot debate as more of the game gets revealed.
