As a part of the Sony make.believe campaign, one lucky winner got to feature in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. A character would be made, motion capture would be used, as would working with the talented Naughty Dog team. Here is the video documenting the lucky winner’s adventure!
New UC3 Trophies Coming
Naughty Dog have confirmed that the new 1.13 patch for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception will include 50 new trophies.
Uncharted 3 Patch 1.11 Details
The Naughty Dog team have issued the details of the upcoming 1.11 patch for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception via the PlayStation Blog. The Lab mode returns!
IGN managed to catch up Robh Ruppel at GDC 2012, the concept artist for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. Here are some images of art provided by Sony and Naughty Dog which show environments/zones that never made it into the final game. The varied ideas were all considered or tweaked during the early development phase.
Naughty Dog have graced us with four new screenshots of the upcoming map pack for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. These shots show off the London Streets map, a daytime version of the places traversed in the early stages of the legendary single player campaign. There will also be 3 other maps in the pack, Oasis, Graveyard and Old Quarter. Check out the trailer here.
Naughty Dog have been teasing fans of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception with these screenshots. They are shots of the final DLC pack which brings out two new multiplayer maps. The first shots show off Graveyard, the infamous ship graveyard level in the single player. The second map is called The Old Quarter, a dark middle-eastern themed map.
Here are some screenshots from the upcoming Flashback Map Pack #2 for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception’s multiplayer. The maps are this time from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and are somewhat different from their predecessor. All the maps have some sort of differing weather feature. Train Wreck is no longer covered in snow, instead it is subject to sunny conditions.
The pack will cost $9.99 as it releases on February 21st. The four maps included in the pack are: Train Wreck, Plaza, Village and Temple.

Releases from major first party studios and third party alike, the supposed ‘year of the PS3’ turned out to be a good one, minus the PSN outage.
