Fumito Ueda Provides The Last Guardian Update
Fumito Ueda, the godfather of Team ICO, now no long wither Sony, has provided an update on The Last Guardian’s development and his role.

After fans assumed the collection would be coming to the Vita, it was cleared up that Yoshida was simply testing the Remote Play feature which is set to arrive in a patch for the game. ICO/SoTC Producer Quits Sony
Kenji Kaido, the producer of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus has left Sony.

The engineering team had to go back and re-do some of the work they had done.
The Last Guardian Trademark Fiasco
The Last Guardian has long been in development. Today it was discovered that the trademark was up for grabs. Despite this, Sony have confirmed that the game is not cancelled.

At this period of time we are unable to give an update, but the game is still in development.
The only things that’ve really changed are the terms of my contract.
It’s going to ship at sometime, and it’s going to ship when it’s ready.
The team is back in Tokyo is working hard, and there are some technical difficulties that the team is focused on right now.
