War Z Pulled From Steam
After releasing on Steam, the zombie game, War Z, has been removed from Valve’s platform. Consumers are being offered refunds.

Valve’s fun to play zombie title, Left 4 Dead 2, is going free-to-play for this weekend only on Steam.

Valve Greenlights 21 New Games
Valve has given the go ahead for the next set of indie titles to be released on Steam via the Greenlight service.

Here is a screenshot comparison of the recently released Black Mesa mod that uses the Source engine. A recreation of Half-Life, the folks over at OXCGN have put shots of the mod and the original Valve masterpiece together. What a difference years of technology can make. First Steam Greenlight Games Approved
The first set of Steam Greenlight games have been approved for distribution on the Steam service.

Valve have released this trailer for Steam Big Picture, a service allowing you to play all your favourite Steam games in the comfort of your living room. The trailer outlines all the mode’s new features. Big Picture’s beta has released today. The service comes with controller’s in mind but still supports a mouse and keyboard. A web browser “that doesn’t suck” has also been bundled in too.
$100 Entry for Steam Greenlight
Valve have made some changes to their indie game community submission service, Greenlight, by introducing a $100 fee.

SEGA are set to bring some classics back to life. As the trailer shows, there are HD reincarnations for Jet Set Radio, NiGHTS and Sonic Adventure 2 headed your way. The games are set to come to Steam, PSN and Xbox LIVE in the near future.
