The Activision owned studio, Radical Entertainment, is set to be shut down.

A user on reddit posted these pictures of a prototype Xbox 360 which is claimed to have been picked up for $4. If the user is to be believed, the guy that sold it to him at the garage sale was involved in the decommissioning of Microsoft offices. The console has an HDMI port and no internal HDD. It seems like this could be a hacker/homebrew god send.
