As promised, Rockstar Games have posted the second video in a series of Max Payne 3 multiplayer trailers. This video explores more of the many features in the online portion of the upcoming game. If you missed part one, here is the link for the trailer.
Check out the first multiplayer gameplay for the upcoming Far Cry 3 as posted by VG247. The video goes through a variety of the multiplayer’s features and modes. Whilst it looks pretty, it still feels a bit Call of Duty clone to me. Bear in mind it is still the pre-alpha build and there is plenty of work still to be done!
Ubisoft Annecy Working on AC3 MP
It has been confirmed that the France based studio, Ubisoft Annecy, will be working on the multiplayer element for Assassin’s Creed III.
This image, originally posted on Reddit from a facebook post, could be a confirmation that there is some Mass Effect 3 multiplayer DLC inbound. The image shows a set of new classes: Asari Justicar, Batarian Soldier, Batarian Sentinel, Geth Engineer, Geth Infiltrator and Krogan Battlemaster. The pack apparently unlocks everything. The mysterious poster claims to have nabbed the pack from a developer server. Be sceptical, but don’t ignore it!
Killzone 3 Multiplayer Goes F2P
In a bold move, Killzone 3’s multiplayer component will go free to play this coming week.
Here are some screenshots from the upcoming Flashback Map Pack #2 for Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception’s multiplayer. The maps are this time from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and are somewhat different from their predecessor. All the maps have some sort of differing weather feature. Train Wreck is no longer covered in snow, instead it is subject to sunny conditions.
The pack will cost $9.99 as it releases on February 21st. The four maps included in the pack are: Train Wreck, Plaza, Village and Temple.

BioWare have released an awesome new trailer for the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer component. The trailer shows off some gameplay and provides some great information on the classes in the multiplayer. The game is out in early March for the PS3, PC, and Xbox 360.

The guys over at MP1st have noticed in the PC files for Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 some Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps. The question remains, why?
