Valve Greenlights 21 New Games
Valve has given the go ahead for the next set of indie titles to be released on Steam via the Greenlight service.

We’re always looking for things that people wouldn’t be able to do normally. Like, really art-house stuff. We really want to feature them, and have an artful platform for people to put content out on.

Ouya Console Gets $3m Kickstart
A Kickstarter funding campaign for the Android based console called Ouya has received over $3 million!

Terraria Gets Physical Retail Release
The hit indie game, Terraria, often dubbed as the 2D Minecraft, is set to receive a retail release with a collector’s edition too!

Mojang’s Three Future Projects
Carl Menneh of Mojang has confirmed that the company are currently working on three projects, two of which may come out in 2012.

So we’re looking at a couple projects. The next project that’s likely to see the light of day is a small passion project from a few developers. It’s a very casual, highly visually stylized game experience.
