Report: Shenmue HD is Real
According to a GamerZines report, an HD release of SEGA’s Shenmue is set for an Xbox LIVE/PSN release.
Brand new Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD screenshots were published today. Again, more media coming out of the Microsoft Spring Showcase event in San Fran. The game is being developed by Robomodo, don’t worry though, they are even using Neversoft’s original code! As you can see from the screens, many of the original’s classic stages are being remastered in HD!
Final Fantasy X - Remaster not Remake
After some speculation that the re-release of Final Fantasy X on PS3 and PlayStation Vita would be a fully fledged HD remake, it has been confirmed that the game is a remaster.
Check out these screenshots for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD posted by AllGamesBeta. Its as if someone just turned some of your fondest young gamer days into a higher resolution. The step back to the past seems like the right move for an arguably stale franchise. The Pro Skater days were some of the finest in skateboarding games and we have no objection returning to those in HD.

Another video for you (more to come too) straight out of CES. The guys over at IGN managed to get some hands on time with the Nintendo Wii U. This particular demo is similar to the Legend of Zelda tech demo we saw at E3, but this specific demo shows off some of the hardware’s potential for lighting, both day and night.
Devil May Cry HD Collection Dated
Capcom’s HD remaster of the first 3 Devil May Cry series is set to land in North America and Europe on April 3rd 2012. The Devil May Cry HD Collection was announced back in October.
Here’s the debut trailer for the recently announced Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD. This HD remaster of the old school classic is sure to pull some nostalgia strings amongst fans of the series. The game is set to bring locations from other games in the series. For once, we’re actually excited about a new Tony Hawk game!

When it was revealed that fans should send in Devil May Cry art for a ‘new, to be announced Capcom game’ we thought it may have been for a Devil May Cry HD Collection. It turns out we were right, Capcom have finally announced the collection for PS3 and Xbox 360 a good 3 months later.
