Camilla Luddington Revealed as the Voice & Performance Actress for Lara Croft!
We’re very excited to finally reveal the voice & performance talent behind Lara Croft in Tomb Raider – English-born actress Camilla Luddington. Finding Camilla was no easy task, as it took an international talent search across Europe and the US to find the actress to deliver the right emotion and tone for the character.
“This has been one of the most important jobs for us to get right,” said Darrell Gallagher, head of studio at Crystal Dynamics “‘This Tomb Raider game is very different to any other and we are demanding far more from the voice acting than ever before as we take the franchise in a new direction.”
Camilla will make her public debut discussing the role in San Diego this July, participating in both Nerd HQ and Comic-Con panels featuring Tomb Raider and the story behind reimagining the franchise.
In addition to a recent role on Showtime’s Californication, Camilla can be found in the current season of HBO’s True Blood.

So, our tone is very different. Our storyline, our narrative. Our lead character is very different.
Confirmed - Tomb Raider Not Coming to Wii U

If you look closely at this scan posted on GoNintendo, the latest issue of Gameinformer magazine lists Tomb Raider for Nintendo Wii U. Whilst neither Crystal Dynamics nor Square Enix have made any official announcement regarding a Wii U version, it would be great if the game came to the system.
