Sonic Adventure 3 Domains Registered
A set of domains have been registered, suggesting that Sonic Adventure 3 may be coming.
The domains were spotted by TSSZ and are said to be from “an unknown party”. Here are the domains that have been registered:
- sonicadventure3.com
- sonicadventure3.net
- sonicadventure3.org
- sonicadventure3.info
- sonicadventure3.fr
- sonicadventure3.eu
The domains have been registered by a company called 1&1, not the usual registrant used for Sonic titles in the past, EuroDNS. Whilst this may rouse suspicion, the fact that so many domains have been registered suggests that if it is a hoax, it’s an elaborate one, perhaps too elaborate.
The announcement of Sonic Adventure 2 coming to the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE in HD also suggests that another title is on the way. Building up hype perhaps? We hope so. Sonic is in dire need of a 3rd Adventure game.
