Amazon UK Cancels Wii U Orders
After being listed at a price of £199 with a pre-order guarantee, the Nintendo Wii U orders over at Amazon UK have been cancelled.
The seemingly low price was seen as an opportunity for gamers to cash in with the retailer’s pre-order guarantee policy. However, the site has subsequently cancelled all the pre-orders and claimed the listing was an error.
“We’re writing to you regarding your order for the Nintendo Wii U console. Your order has been cancelled as this product was listed on Amazon.co.uk in error. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
