After four years of service, the Metal Gear Online servers have been shut down.
The Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots’ online portion was due for termination at 23:59 in Japan. The Kojima Productions team gave fans plenty of warning in advance and offered all DLC for free.
It’s an end of an era for some fans. After four years of memories, it’s time to let go.
