Minecraft Passes 9 Million Sales
The sales figures are building up just like the game’s structures…Minecraft has now surpassed 9 million sales.
The news was revealed by Mojang’s business developer, Daniel Kaplan, via twitter. The PC version has sold over 6 million copies whilst the iOS, Android and the Xbox 360 sales make up the remaining 3.2 million. The 4J Studios developed Xbox 360 version was a huge hit, so much so that the game became profitable within just one hour.
