Angry Birds Scammers Fined
A Latvian company that made an Angry Birds scam on Android have been fined over £50,000.

The company used the likes of Rovio’s hit game, Assassin’s Creed and Cut the Rope to steal your hard earned cash. The bugged copy-cat apps refused to open and would automatically send the user three hidden premium SMS messages. This would charge the user without their knowledge of up to £5 per message.
The scammers will have to refund the £28,000 stolen from people on top of the £50,000 fine. It’s good to see the perpetrators brought to justice!
