Activision Gives $42m to ex-Infinity Ward Staff

Activision have paid out $42 million to ex-Infinity Ward staff over alleged unpaid bonuses, but the dispute goes on.

Attorneys on behalf of the Infinity Ward employees are not impressed. They see the pay-out as something that is to influence the decision of the impending case. The ongoing saga stems all the way back to 2010.

The $42m is said not to be a settlement in the case, it is said to be Activision paying the Inifinity Ward employees (Vince Zampella and Jason West excluded) their contracted agreements.
