Rumour: New Harmonix Music Game
Harmonix, the developers behind Rock Band, are possibly working on some kind of motion based next-gen music game.
A series of job listings for the company detail what is wanted from prospective employees, and it sounds like quite the unique game. Here’s what can be gathered from the various listings:
- Next gen game.
- Brand new IP.
- Story driven game.
- “Unique motion-gaming IP”
- Cinematic moments to express story.
- “Groundbreaking music game”
- Environments which encourage exploration with AI and combat.
Well, combat and music is certainly something I haven’t heard of, let alone with motion controls and cinematics. Would be great to learn more about this mysterious title(s).
