Rumour: PS4 Detailes Outed
A whole load of information posted by Kotaku, details the PS4. Rumours or truth? We don’t care, we’ll post it anyway!
Here we have the whole breakdown of points from the article:
- Codename: Orbis
- Planned for a holiday release in 2013
- Information is coming from a reliable source who has provided reliable information in the past
- Codename in Latin, combined with the Vita is translated into Circle of Life. Could this mean potentially huge integration between devices?
- AMD x64 CPU
- AMD Southern Islands GPU
- Capable of producing a resolution of 4096x2160, higher than HDTVs
- Capable of playing 3D games at 1080p
- Select developers have received dev kits
- No PS3 backwards compatibility planned
- Games will be played on Blu Rays or PSN
- Will have anti used game methods
We hope all this is true because it sounds bloody awesome. We’ll have to wait until some sort of announcement in the future to see if it is all real.
