Louvre Orders 5,000 Nintendo 3DS Handhelds
The famous Louvre museum in Paris has placed an order of 5,000 Nintendo 3DS handhelds. No, they’re not for the Mona Lisa to play with.

You might be wondering why the museum would require the Nintendo 3DS, and why 5,000 of them? Well, the museum will be using a system where the 3DS will create a 3D map.
“We are the first museum in the world to do this”
Visitors will also be able to use their 3D handhelds as audio commentators for their tours. A nice touch from the French, but an expensive one. What Euro Crisis?
