FIFA 12 Beats PES 2012 by 25-1
25-1, take that for a scoreline. The highly successful FIFA 12 has outsold Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 by 25 sales to 1 on when comparing the opening weekend sales. This is a huge gap that EA have gained over their rival’s franchise.
The Vice President of EA Europe, Keith Ramsdale said:
“And when you look at Pro Evolution Soccer versus FIFA, only five years ago in the UK PES was outselling FIFA. On its first weekend like-for-like we’ve just outsold PES by 25 times.”
The game has seen tremendous sales. It had recorded over 3 million sales on it’s opening week. The highly successful franchise has gone from strength to strength over recent years whilst PES has lagged behind but improved.
