Warner Bros. Montreal today released the first full trailer for their upcoming Arkham prequel, Batman:  Arkham Origins.  Take a look!

The game is due for release on Oct. 25.

Despite the blog’s current hiatus, we can’t let you miss out on this exciting announcement: Gran Turismo 6 is coming to the PS3 in the holiday season to celebrate 15 years of the series. No word on a Vita or PS4 release however.

Status Update

Hey everyone, followers, contributors, readers etc. I would just like to take a minute to explain what is going on regarding the blog. The blog is not dead by any means.

I have not been able to post content due to my studies. Usually the first year of university isn’t seen as such a crucial time to work hard. However, given where I am and the nature of my course, doing well in the first year is potentially critical to landing a job given that an industrial placement in its 3rd year is based off of the grades you get this year, many students then get a job offer at the end of that 3rd year to return after graduation.


However, my studies end for the year on May 31st. I will try to cover the Next Xbox conference later this month as its such big news. E3 will definitely see huge coverage from us here. Also, over the summer, I look forward to a fully fledged re-launch of the blog. I will be in touch with contributors and others to inform you of my plans. Until then, please bear with me and happy gaming.

Earlier this month, Activision said to expect an announcement “no later than E3.”

Next-Gen Xbox Reveal Coming Soon

Microsoft has confirmed via Facebook that it will unveil its next-generation Xbox on May 21 at 10 AM PDT.

Games Montreal. A handheld tie-in, titled Batman:  Arkham Origins Blackgate, is being headed up by Armature Studio, and will release on Vita and 3DS alongside Arkham Origins (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC) on Oct. 25.
