BF3 Pre-Orders up 2,302% from BF2 at Amazon
Amazon UK have announced that pre-orders for Battlefield 3 are over 2,000% higher than those for 2005’s Battlefield 2. The exact figure was 2,302% for the upcoming shooter.
Other titles have seen increases in their pre-orders compared to previous entries in the given franchises. Modern Warfare 3 is up 321% from Black Ops. Uncharted 3: Drakes Deception is up 488% from Among Thieves....

Flame Red Nintendo 3DS Announced

Starhawk Beta For Warhawk Fans & Details
Harvard Bonin of Sony’s Santa Monica Studios hinted that there may be early access to the Starhawk beta for fans of Warhawk on PS3.

Modern Warfare 3 Heading to DS
Developer n-Space have confirmed they are to bring a version of Modern Warfare 3 to the DS. The upcoming shooter will come to Nintendo’s handheld, but there is no word currently on a 3DS version. A statement on the team’s facebook explained:

Resistance 3 Goes Gold!
Its official, Resistance 3 goes gold! The game is finished according to the PlayStation Blog. The game is currently in an online beta phase, and “our work isn’t done” according to James Stevenson (Senior Community Manager at Insomniac Games). Borderlands 2 Officially Announced
After much rumour and speculation, Gearbox and 2K Games’ Borderlands will receive a sequel. Borderlands 2 will feature on next month’s Gamer Informer front cover.
