Battlefield 3 Sells 5 Million Units in Week 1
It was revealed at the weekend that Battlefield 3 had shipped 10 million units in its first week, but EA have now confirmed the game has sold 5 million of those units. This comes as a press release was issued by EA today.

Nintendo's Huge Bi-Quarterly Loss
As expected by Japanese newspaper Nikkei, Nintendo have posted a huge loss in operating profit for the first half of 2011. The loss stands at a staggering $926m for March to September.

Nikkei: Nintendo to Post Massive Loss Q1/2 2011
Japanese newspaper Nikkei have reported that they expect Nintendo to publish huge financial losses for the first half of 2011. They estimate the losses will be around the value of $1.32bn (£823m).
